It was distressing to discover that we had no electricity in the kitchen and bedrooms of the house. I was quite skeptical about having an electrician but it was our only solution. I contacted a plumbing contractor who was a long time friend and he recommended your firm to help solve our dilemma. I can't begin to tell you how impressed we were with the service and professional attention we received from your service tech. He is a true gentleman. Not only did he solve our problem in a timely manner, but he was very patient and answered the 10 million questions I had for him. Because of his competent demeanor we felt quite confident that he knew exactly what he was doing. He is an excellent representative for your company. The best part of the transaction was the reasonable fee. Not only did he solve our electrical problems, he came back the next day and installed a telephone jack. Hi Mike, I’m not sure we’ve ever met but I’ve been doing business with your company for the past eight plus years. I primarily dealt with either Bill or Rick and they’ve always provided me with remarkable service at a very reasonable price. However, there was a situation that took place on the evening of June 24 that took your customer service and my perception of your company to a whole new level! I received a call from one of the supervisors from the warehouse I manage in Chino at roughly 7:30pm. The supervisor advised that we had no lights in the warehouse. I attempted to walk him through a few steps to see if he could get the lights to come back on but we were unsuccessful. I then return to the warehouse to attempt to get the lights back on myself but was unsuccessful as well. I then reached out to the property manager to have them deploy an afterhours electrician to come and see about the problem but unfortunately I had to leave a message because he did not answer. I had the contact number to the electric company that installed all the electrical equipment in the building but when I called the main number there was no answer and no voicemail with an emergency number to call. I also had a cell number to one of the electricians that worked for the company but this individual didn’t answer their phone either. Somewhat panic stricken at this time because of the heavy production schedule that night and over 15 workers siting around unable to work in the warehouse I reached out to Bill (your electrician) around 8:45pm. Bill picked up immediately which he always does but I’ve never called him that late at night. I updated Bill on the problem and he advised that he was too far away to come himself but he said he would call someone in my area to come take a look at the problem. Relieved I advised my crew to hang tight. Bill called me back within minutes to advise an electrician from your company is in route to my location. The electrician arrived within the hour and went right to work diagnosing the problem. He was courteous and very professional the entire time. I didn’t know it at the time but I found out later the electrician was actually asleep when Bill called him but he woke up to come take care of our problem! This is absolutely unheard of service in the year 2015! Long story short and after some extensive troubleshooting the problem was found to be a burnt out 150amp fuse that caused the lights not to work. Unfortunately the electrician did not have that type fuse on his truck but he was willing to go back to the shop to see if he could find a 150amp fuse and return to get me back up and running. I advised it was getting too late so not to worry about it we’ll deal with it in the morning. After sending the crew home and heading home myself I received a call from the electrician advising he went back to the shop but unfortunately he didn’t have the type fuse I needed. I told him that’s ok let’s just shoot for trying to repair it first thing in the morning. I also advised that whatever occurred it caused our Internet to go down as well. The electrician offered to return to my warehouse that night to see if he could get my Internet back up and running, it was after 11pm at that time! WHO DOES THAT??? The next morning around 6:50am I received a call from Bill advising that he had fixed the problem and the lights are back on and operating properly. He also advised that it was only a temporary fix that a permanent fix would require shutting down the power for roughly an hour due to having to replace the fuse clips which were defective. See attached pics. I have dealt with many vendors over the past 30 years of managing and this is without a doubt the BEST service I’ve received from any vendor for any service. I just wanted to let you know how fortunate you are to have such committed, dedicated and selfless employees working for your company. If you guys have any type of award program I could nominate both Bill and the electrician that came out to service us that night I would like to use this situation to put them in the running for some type of customer service award. As a matter of fact I would be happy to contribute to an award prize myself, they both truly deserve one. I apologize for the lengthy note and I think you for taking the time to read it.
